This Privacy Policy describes how Fischer Brand Company collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use ClientScore. By using the platform, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account registration: name, email address, professional title, website, LinkedIn URL.
- Review submissions: engagement details, scores, narrative text, named client contacts.
- Verification documents: contracts, invoices, or statements of work uploaded as proof of engagement. These are reviewed by a moderator and deleted after verification is established.
- Beta request form: name, email, phone, role, website, and optional description of your work.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, time on platform.
- Device and browser information for security and analytics purposes.
- IP addresses and approximate geographic location.
Information about third parties
The platform collects and maintains information about client companies and named individuals (key contacts) identified in reviews. Named individuals who are identified in reviews have not necessarily consented to having a profile on the platform. Their rights are described in Section 6.
3. How We Use Information
- To operate the platform and provide its features.
- To verify professional engagements and calculate review scores.
- To send transactional emails: account confirmations, engagement verification requests, review status notifications, company pre-publication notifications.
- To calculate and maintain portable behavioral scores for named key contacts.
- To improve the platform through aggregate usage analytics.
- To enforce our Terms of Service and community standards.
4. Email Communications
The platform sends account emails, engagement verification requests, review status notifications, company pre-publication notifications, and agency team notifications. Users may manage notification preferences from their dashboard. Engagement verification emails and company notification emails are sent as part of the platform's core operation.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We share information only with service providers operating on our behalf (Supabase, Resend, Vercel), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.
6. Rights of Individuals Identified in Reviews
Named individuals identified as key contacts have the following rights:
- Right to know — you may contact us to learn what information the platform holds about you.
- Right to correct — you may request correction of inaccurate information through the dispute process.
- Right to deletion — you may request removal of your individual profile and portable score.
- Right to object — you may object to the processing of your data.
Requests should be submitted through the dispute process at getclientscore.com/disputes.
7. Data Retention
- Account data: retained for the duration of your account, deleted within 30 days of termination.
- Published reviews: retained as part of the permanent record. Removal is subject to the dispute process.
- Verification documents: deleted after verification is established. Not retained permanently.
- Engagement confirmation audit trail: retained for the legal record of notification and confirmation.
- Email suppression records: retained indefinitely to honor opt-out requests.
8. Security
The platform uses industry-standard security measures including Supabase with row-level security, HTTPS for all data transmission, and restricted access to verification documents. No security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or stored on the platform.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by direct notification.
