For companies and clients

You may already have a profile. Here is what that means.

ClientScore is a verified reputation platform for professional services relationships. If agencies or freelancers have worked with your company, a record of those engagements may already exist here.

A verified record of what it is like to work with you.

ClientScore is a platform where agencies, studios, and freelancers submit structured, scored reviews of clients they have worked with. Those reviews aggregate into a profile that represents your company to the professional services market.

Every review on this platform is verified. Reviewers must document a real, completed engagement before a review publishes. No anonymous submissions. No unmoderated takedowns. Every review is read by a human before it goes live.

If you received a notification email about a pending review, that process is already underway. The review has been approved by a moderator and has not yet published. You have time to respond.

How a review goes from submission to publication.

1

Submission and moderation

When a verified provider submits a review of your company, it enters a moderation queue. A human moderator reviews it against four criteria: is it genuine, is it constructive, does the narrative match the scores given, and does it meet community standards. Reviews that do not meet the standard are returned or rejected before they ever reach you.

2

Your notification window

Once a review passes moderation, your company receives a notification email. That email opens a 7-day window. You can submit a response during that window, and your response will be moderated and published alongside the review.

3

Publication

After 7 days, the review publishes. Your response window remains open. You can submit a response to any published review at any time. All notification timestamps are logged. The process is documented regardless of whether you participate.

Your response appears alongside the review.

A company response is your opportunity to add context, acknowledge feedback, or present your perspective on the engagement. It is not an appeal. The review does not change. Both the review and your response are visible to all users on the same page.

Responses are moderated before publication using the same standard applied to reviews: genuine, constructive, factual. A response that meets that standard will publish.

You do not need to have claimed your profile to submit a response. The notification email contains a link that takes you directly to the response flow.

Take ownership of your company’s presence on the platform.

Profile claiming is coming to ClientScore. When it launches, verified company representatives will be able to claim their profile, update company information, and manage their presence on the platform directly.

If you would like to be notified when claiming is available, or if you have questions about your company’s current profile, get in touch at [SUPPORT EMAIL].

A strong ClientScore is a competitive signal.

The professional services market runs on reputation. Agencies and freelancers research prospective clients before signing. A well-documented, high-scoring ClientScore profile is a signal to the market that your company is worth working with.

Companies with strong scores attract stronger candidates. Projects move more smoothly when providers come in with confidence rather than caution. The information that exists on this platform is going to inform decisions about your company. A strong record is worth building.

If something is factually incorrect, let us know.

If you believe a published review contains a factual error, you can submit a correction request. We take those seriously and investigate each one. A correction request is not a removal request. Reviews that meet our moderation standard remain published. But factual errors, when verified, are corrected.

To submit a correction request, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with the subject line “Correction Request” and the URL of the review in question.
